Please note that credit card payments for Amvivo, Ltd are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Please send an email to support@payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.

Cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance for a full refund. Subject to weather conditions, if your cruise ship is unable to dock a full refund will be issued.

Transfers: All arrivals check-in at the meeting point within 1 hour from the time your flight lands.

Tours: All tours check-in at the meeting location 20 minutes prior to departure. All tours depart on the hour and are set in local time (EST).

Hotel: Margaritaville Beach Resort main lobby.  

Cruise Port: The gazebo located next to the "North Terminal" 

and across from Sharkeez on Harbor Drive, George Town

(look for the Amvivo sign).

Airport: Lookout for the AMVIVO sign once you exit custims

at the airport, our representatives will be there to assist with

your luggage and escort you to the bus. 

All passengers understand and agree that they travel and/or

board all tours and transfers at their own risk and the owners

and/or agents shall not be responsible for any injury and/or

loss arising therefrom.  

Important: In the event that you miss your flight or experience

any delays please contact us immediately to reschedule! 

Kindly note that unless we hear from you, the service will be

cancelled passed the Check-in time stated above and we 

cannot guarantee your refund.
